Interaction Analyses

Screenshot of interaction analyses within Ranges

Autocorrelation analysis (pictured) helps estimate optimal time intervals between location records to minimise data redundancy.

Site-to-location analyses reveal whether animals are avoiding or associating with particular sites, such as nests, dens or experimental feed stations.

Dynamic interaction analysis estimates whether animals with overlapping home ranges tended to occur together at the same time or to avoid each other temporally.
