Try Ranges
To see how easy it is to input data and to output results, download Ranges, run the installation file and try the demo.
Note that until it is licensed, the downloaded version of Ranges will run in demo mode. If you want a fully functional version of Ranges7 Lite or Ranges 8, you can buy a Ranges licence.
Ranges Demo
The Ranges Demo will allow you to enter your own data or use example files to run Minimum Convex Polygons, see the results on the graphical output screen and
- Watch the Log as the analyses progress
- Export graphics using the print button
- See statistical outputs in the Stats Viewer
More advanced home range techniques, interaction and habitat analyses are not available in the demo.
Ranges Requirements
You must have the Java Runtime Environment (J2SE) installed (in the Add/Remove Programs application in the Control Panel) to run Ranges. If not, please go to the Java Download Site and follow the instructions to install it (currently version 6).
If you are running a 64 bit operating system, please make sure you install the 64 bit version of Java. If you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact us.
